- 塩昆布 : 大さじ1
- 水 : 100ml
- 塩 : 小さじ1/4
- 肉 : 適量
- 大根 : 5-6cm
- 貝割れ大根 : 適量
- 鰹節 : 2.5g
- ニンニク : 適量
- 酒 : ひとまわし
