- (A)濃口醤油 : 大さじ1と1/2
- (A)料理酒 : 大さじ1
- (A)おろし生姜 : 7g
- 小麦粉 : 大さじ2
- 片栗粉 : 大さじ2
- 菜種油 : 適量
