Ingredients
- 絹ごし豆腐 : 150g
- (A)片栗粉 : 大さじ3
- (A)青のり : 大さじ1
- (A)顆粒コンソメ : 小さじ1
- ごま油 : 適量

ボウルに絹ごし豆腐を入れてホイッパーで滑らかになるまで混ぜる。
(A)を加えてホイッパーで混ぜる。 -

Add sesame oil to a frying pan and heat it.
Scoop 1 into the frying pan with a spoon and spread it out into a circle.
Cook for about 1 1/2 minutes, then flip and reduce heat to low.
Cook the other side for about 1 1/2 minutes.
Bake the remaining pieces in the same way. -

Point
・Use silken tofu. Using firm tofu will result in a poor texture.
・If you use tofu with a high moisture content, it is a good idea to add more potato starch.
・If you heat it in the microwave, after step 1, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and heat it at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds, then mix well and heat it again at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds. After that, soak in water and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- When baked it gives off a fragrant finish, and when heated in the microwave it gives off a stronger mochi texture.
-You can also add cheese on top and bake it in a toaster oven for a more varied taste.
