  • (B)醤油 : 大さじ1
  • (B)みりん : 大さじ1
  • (B)砂糖 : ふたつまみ
  • (B)味の素 : ひとつまみ
  • カイワレ : 適量
  • 卵黄 : 1個
  • 胡椒 : 少々
