- (A) Sugar : 大さじ1

Cut radish and fried tofu

Peel the radish, cut into julienne, and squeeze the water.
Cut the fried tofu into small pieces and pour hot water over it to drain the oil. -

Boil the hijiki seaweed

Soak the hijiki seaweed in water, open it in a colander, and drain it.
Boil the hijiki seaweed in a pan for 3 minutes and cool it with water. -

Put radish, fried tofu, hijiki seaweed and (A) in a bowl.
Add black sesame seeds and mix the whole to complete.
Point
・ When mixed with seasonings, water will come out, so it is good to taste and add seasonings.
・ Commercially available sesame seeds may be used.
・ If you like, you can add cucumbers and shirataki noodles.
・ You can change the ingredients to your liking.
・ When draining the oil from the fried tofu, it is advisable to pour boiling water over it.
