- zucchini : One
- (A)水 : 大さじ4~5
- (B) Flour : 60g
- (B) Semolina powder : 60g
- (B) Salt : 小さじ1
- (C) Water : 180ml
- 揚げ油 : 適量
- きゅうり : 1本
- (D)ヨーグルト : 大さじ2
- (D)おろしにんにく : 大さじ1
- (D)オリーブオイル : 大さじ2
