- cabbage : 200g
- 豚バラ肉 : 150g
- （A）白だし : 大さじ1と1/2
- （A）ごま油 : 大さじ1/2
- （A）おろしにんにく : 1片
- （A）黒胡椒 : 適量
- 酒 : 大さじ1
- 片栗粉 : 小さじ1
- ラー油 : 適量

Point
・ If you like, you can also sprinkle with lemon juice.
