Ingredients

  • 鶏むね肉 : 250g
  • (A) Alcohol : 大さじ1
  • (A) Salt : 小さじ1/4
  • 片栗粉 : 大さじ2
  • トマト : 200g
  • 長ネギ : 10cm
  • (B) Water : 150ml
  • (B) Ketchup : 大さじ2
  • (B) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
  • (B) Sugar : 大さじ1
  • (B) Chicken stock powder : 小さじ1
  • (B) Grated garlic : 小さじ1
  • (B) Potato starch : 小さじ2
  • (B) Chili pepper : 適量

Procedure

    Cut the chicken breasts in half lengthwise, then cut into 1cm pieces.
    Put it back into the pack, add (A), knead in, and leave for 10 minutes.

    焼き色がついたら裏返し、蓋をして弱中火で2分蒸し焼きにする。
    3をよく混ぜてから加え、全体にとろみがつくまで約1分加熱する。
    トマトを加えて軽く混ぜ、チリソースが絡んだら完成。
