Ingredients
- Spring cabbage : 1/8 piece
- しらす : 20g
- 片栗粉 : 大さじ1/2
- 油 : 大さじ4
- 塩 : ふたつまみ
- 白ごま : 大さじ1

Procedure

Cut cabbage

Finely chop the cabbage.

Sprinkle shirasu with potato starch

Put shirasu and potato starch in a plastic bag and sprinkle.

Bake cabbage with shirasu

Put oil in a frying pan and fry the shirasu.
When it gets a certain amount of brown color, move it to the edge.
Add cabbage and white sesame seeds and fry the whole. -

3の油を切り、ご飯に加えて混ぜ合わせたら完成。
Point
・ Use freshly cooked rice.
・ Spring cabbage is recommended for cabbage.
・ When using regular cabbage, fry it slowly over low heat.
・ If the saltiness is not enough, add salt in a timely manner.
