  • 長ねぎ : 60g
  • コショウ : 4振り
  • 牛乳 : 50cc
  • 塩 : ひとつまみ
  • ご飯 : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) 下ごしらえをする 03:45

    にんにくの皮をむく。
    ねぎは斜めに細切りにする。
    牛バラ肉を細かく切る。

  2. 2) 煮る 07:58

    鍋に水を入れて火にかける。
    (A)を入れて沸騰したら、アクを取り除く。
    長ねぎを加えて煮る。
    コショウ、牛乳を加えて煮る。
    塩を加えて味を調える。

  3. 3) 盛り付ける 12:02

    器にご飯を盛り、2をかけて完成。
