  • 薄口醤油 : 大さじ1/2

  • 菜の花 : 100g
  • (C)かつお節 : 1パック
  • (C)醤油 : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) Prepare bamboo shoots 01:15

    Cut off the tip of the bamboo shoot diagonally.
    Make vertical cuts in two places on the side.
    Make a cross cut in the bottom and put it in a pot filled with water.
