- Chicken thigh (for fried chicken) : 300g
- 塩 : 少々
- (A)醤油 : 小さじ2
- (A)砂糖 : 大さじ1/2
- (A)おろしにんにく : 1/2片
- (A)おろし生姜 : 1/2片
- (A)いりごま : 小さじ2
- (A)コチュジャン : 大さじ1と1/2
- ごま油 : 小さじ2
- チーズ : 適量

Knead the salt into the chicken and line it up on aluminum foil. -

・ You may cook with chicken breast or chicken wings.
