- (B)ごま油 : 小さじ1
- (B)味噌 : 小さじ1
- (B)おろしニンニク : 3cm
- (B)鷹の爪(お好みで) : 1本
- (B)レモン汁(お好みで) : 小さじ1

Point
・ Chicken breast can be used as a substitute for chicken thigh.
・ The blue part of the green onion may have soil on it, so wash it thoroughly.

・ Shichimi pepper, chili pepper, and chili oil can be used instead of hawk's claws.
