Ingredients
- orange : 1/2 piece
- 塩 : 適量
- (A)水 : 40ml
- (A)グラニュー糖 : 45g
- チョコレート(生地用) : 100g
- 無塩バター : 40g
- グラニュー糖 : 40g
- 卵 : 2個
- 牛乳 : 115ml
- (B)薄力粉 : 180g
- (B)準ココアパウダー : 15g
- ベーキングパウダー : 6g
- ピスタチオ : 適量
- チョコレート(トッピング用) : 適量

Procedure

Prepare for orange

Rub the orange peel with salt and clean with water (not included).

Cut into thin slices.
Put the cut oranges and (A) in a pan and heat over low heat.
Cover with a lid and simmer until the oranges are clear, then remove from heat to remove the heat. -

Chop chocolate (for dough), put it in a bowl, and melt it in a water bath.
Add granulated sugar and mix.
Add egg yolk and mix.
Add milk and mix.

Sift (B), add baking powder and mix to cut. -

・ Return unsalted butter, milk and eggs to room temperature.
・ Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
