Ingredients

    鶏もも肉をお米に加えて、醤油、砂糖、めんつゆ、胡麻油、酒を入れて混ぜ合わせる。

    タッパーの蓋をずらして600Wの電子レンジで6分加熱する。

    200Wの電子レンジで2分加熱し、蓋をしっかりして5分蒸らして完成。

Point
