Ingredients

・ Thawing the seafood mix in salt water will improve the texture.
・ To make it easier to eat with a spoon, cut the ingredients into small pieces like rice. If the ingredients are large, press the edge of the knife and cut it into small pieces. You can use a food processor to make it finer.
・ When using a food processor, turn vegetables and bacon in that order.
・ The carrot skin may be peeled off.
・ Chop carrots and bacon into thin slices, arrange them side by side, and then cut them sideways from the edges.
・ For chopped peppers, push the calyx with your finger and cut it in half with a kitchen knife. After removing the cotton, lightly crush it with your hands from above to flatten it. Cut it into small pieces and cut it sideways from the edge.
・ For chopped mushrooms, cut them into thin slices, line them up, and then cut them sideways from the edges. Also chop the shaft.
・ When using a consomme cube, cut it into small pieces and melt it to some extent.
・ Use rice without washing. If you want to wash and use it, put it in a colander for 30 minutes, drain it, and reduce the amount of water in the soup to 300cc.
・ In step 4, the butter may not be completely melted, but the ingredients may be fried. By frying the vegetables until the aroma comes out, the sweetness is enhanced. Salt is added to quickly drain the ingredients.
・ By frying rice to remove water and coating with oil, the finish does not become watery.
・ Peppers are added in step 7 to leave color and texture.
・ By covering and steaming in step 7, the water content of the rice is made uniform and the taste is brought out. If you put it on medium heat for about 20 seconds before steaming, the water content will be less.
・ When frying rice in step 5, if it is not boiled well, it will look like raw rice, so boil it well and cook.
