Point

・ Lees can replace cream cheese.
・ Use fine-grained okara powder to improve the texture of the dough.
・ If the sweetness is not enough in step 2, adjust with your favorite sugar such as honey.
・ When baking the dough in step 3, you may use an oven instead. In that case, bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
