Ingredients
- 中華麺(細麺) : 1人前
- 長ねぎ : About 10cm
- にんにく : 1片
- 油 : 大さじ2ほど
- 長ねぎの青い部分 : 1本
- (A)めんつゆ(2倍濃縮) : 3 tbsp
- (A)塩 : 小さじ1/2
- (A)鶏ガラスープの素 : 小さじ1
- (A)すりおろし生姜 : 小さじ1
- (A)煮干し粉 : 大さじ1/2
- 水 : 400ml

下準備をする

丼に(A)を入れて、混ぜ合わせておく。
長ねぎは、斜めの細切りにする。
皮を剥いたにんにくは、3mmほどの厚さに切る。
細切りにした長ねぎを、トッピング用に少量取り分けておく。
長ねぎの青い部分は、半分ほどの長さにしておく。 -

香味油を作る

Add 1 tablespoon of oil to a frying pan.
Add the green onions and garlic from step 1 and stir fry over medium heat.
Add additional oil so that the spring onions are covered.
When you hear the sound of sizzling coming from the frying pan, reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 5 minutes until browned all over. -

Add 1 tablespoon of flavored oil (2) to bowl (1).
Remove the ingredients from step 2 onto kitchen paper and drain off any excess oil.
Add the green part of the green onion to the frying pan from step 2 (after removing the contents) and fry.
Add water and bring to a boil.
Bring the water to a boil and then pour it into the bowl after boiling for 2-3 minutes, then mix. -

鍋に沸かしておいたお湯(分量外)に、中華麺を入れて茹でる。
茹で上がった中華麺を、3へ入れる。
油切りをした2の具材と1のトッピング用の長ねぎをのせる。
その他お好みの具をのせたら、完成。
Point

-When making flavored oil, stir fry while stirring with chopsticks, as it will burn if left unattended.
