Ingredients
- Ground meat : 500g

- red wine : 大さじ3
- (B)ケチャップ : 大さじ3
- (B) Nakano sauce or pork cutlet sauce : 大さじ2

Mix meat and ingredients

Put the ground meat in a bowl.
Cut the cabbage into 1 cm squares.
Finely chop the onions.
Grate the nutmeg holes into powder.
Put the chopped vegetables and (A) in the bowl and knead them by hand until they come together. -
