- (A) Yuzu kosho : 2cm
- 冷凍うどん : 1袋
- ごま油 : 小さじ1
Prepare for the sauce
In a bowl, add chopped green onions, finely chopped pork ribs, (A).
Stir to dissolve the shavings.
Lightly wrap 1 and heat in the microwave for 3 minutes 30 seconds to 4 minutes with frozen udon noodles.
Pour 1 into a bowl and sprinkle with sesame oil from above.
Serve frozen udon on a plate.
