- Burdock : 1/2

- (A) Sake : 小さじ2強

Peel the carrots, cut into julienne and cut into half lengths.
Cut the peppers into julienne and cut them in half.
Peel the lotus root, divide it into 6 equal parts, chop it and soak it in water.
Wash the shirataki noodles, drain them, and cut them into 2-3 cm widths.
Peel the burdock root, shred it, and soak it in water. -

Boil the shirataki noodles

Put shirataki noodles in a pot of boiling water.
30 seconds after boiling, pour into a colander. -

Fry the ingredients

Add oil to a frying pan, add carrots and burdock root, and fry for 2 minutes.
Add lotus root and fry for 1 minute, add peppers and fry for another 1 minute. -

だし汁で煮込む

しらたきを加え、だし汁を入れ、野菜が柔らかくなるまで煮込む。
(A)の調味料を入れ、煮汁が無くなるまで煮込む。
白ごまを加え、5分炒めたら完成。
Point
・ Peppers tend to be bitter when the fibers are cut off.
・ Burdock with mud can be cooked with aroma.
・ Sweet potatoes can be used as a substitute for lotus root.
・ Boil in soup stock to make it easier for children to eat.
・ Boil for about 10 minutes, but if the burdock is still hard when the soup stock runs out, add water and simmer.
