- 豆乳 : 200ml

- (A) Olive oil : 大さじ1

Add olive oil and soy milk from (A) and mix. -

・ Unadjusted soy milk is recommended.
・ Joshinko may be used instead of rice flour.
・ If you use Joshinko, it will have a more elastic texture.
・ Using rice flour gives a lighter texture.
