- pork : 100g

Point
・ Although pork is used for shabu-shabu, pork belly may be used instead.
・ In step 1, put the potato starch in water and then heat it to prevent it from becoming lumpy.
・ Be sure to keep the ratio of 1 teaspoon of potato starch to 500cc of water.
・ During step 2, if the pork is boiled, do not tighten it with cold water. If you tighten it with cold water, the pork will harden.
・ Draining the lettuce in step 3 does not dilute the taste of the dressing.
・ Ginger may be replaced with tube type ginger.
・ If you like, you can add chili oil or olive oil to the dressing.
