Remove the seeds of dried plums and beat the plums to make kneaded plums.
Remove the streaks from the chicken breast and divide it into two equal parts. -

Turn the back side of the perilla, apply plum meat, put chicken fillet on it, and wrap it in perilla. -

Point
・ Wash the perilla with water and wipe off the water.

・ For large chicken breasts, divide into 3 equal parts.
・ Add mayonnaise for a soft finish.
