- mushroom : 500g

- にんにく : 2かけ
- 塩 : 適量
Cut off the shimeji mushrooms and loosen them into pieces.
Loosen the maitake mushrooms and cut the trumpet mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Crush the garlic once and then chop it.
Heat the mushrooms
Sprinkle olive oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic.
Add mushrooms and fry over high heat to remove water.
When the mushrooms are browned, reduce the heat, add salt and fry to complete.
・ Mushrooms do not last for a long time, but they can be stored if they are processed into all-purpose mushrooms.
・ Prepare about 500g of edible part with 3 or more kinds of mushrooms.
・ In the video, Maitake mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, eryngii mushrooms, and shiitake mushrooms are used.
・ Olive oil can be replaced with rice bran oil or sesame oil.
・ Mushrooms can be used without washing, but if you are concerned, wipe them off with a tightly wrung cloth.
