Ingredients

  • (A) Yogurt : 200g
  • (A) 生クリーム : 100ml
  • はちみつ : 大さじ1
  • (B) ヨーグルト : 200g
  • (B) 生クリーム : 100ml
  • ブルーベリー (冷凍) : 50g
  • 砂糖 : 大さじ1と1/2
  • (C) ヨーグルト : 200g
  • (C) 生クリーム : 100ml
  • マンゴー (冷凍) : 60g
  • 練乳 : 大さじ1

Procedure

  1. 1) Make a plain taste 02:25

    Mix the yogurt and honey from (A).
    Put the cream from (B) in ice water and let it stand for 7 minutes.
    Mix together and chill in the freezer for 2 hours to harden.

  2. 2) Heat blueberries 04:06

    Put blueberries and sugar in a bowl and mix.
    Heat in a 600w microwave for 1 minute and mix again.

  3. 3) ブルーベリー味を作る 04:40

    (B)のヨーグルトを混ぜ、3に加えて混ぜる。
    泡立てた(B)の生クリームを加え、混ぜる。
    容器に入れ、冷凍庫で2時間冷やし固める。

  4. 4) マンゴーを加熱する 06:12

    マンゴーを、600wの電子レンジで1分加熱する。
    (C)のヨーグルト、練乳を、混ぜ合わせる。
    潰したマンゴーに加え、混ぜ合わせる。

  5. 5) マンゴー味を作る 07:00

    泡立てた(C)の生クリームを加え、混ぜる。
    容器に入れ、冷凍庫で2時間冷やし固める。

  6. 6) 仕上げる 07:55

    全て軽く混ぜ、再度冷凍庫で1時間冷やし固める。
    同じ工程を3~4回程繰り返したら、完成。

・ Honey can be replaced with sugar or condensed milk.
-Fruits may be raw.
・ Fruits may be of your choice.
・ When cooling and hardening, do until it reaches the desired hardness.
