- pasta : 100g

Point
・When boiling pasta, reduce the salt concentration to 1%.
・Boil the pasta according to the instructions.
・When using double concentrated mentsuyu, add a little more.
・If you mix the wasabi with butter oil, the spiciness will disappear and only the aroma and taste will remain.
・It's also delicious with canned tuna.
・Because there is water in the mentsuyu, drain the hot water well.
