・Because lettuce is large, prepare around 250g in weight. If using old lettuce, soak in ice water.
・If the lettuce is not drained well, the seasoning will be diluted, so use a salad spinner or use 3-4 sheets of kitchen paper to remove the moisture.
・Because lettuce has a high water content, the osmotic pressure of the salt in the seasoning softens the lettuce quickly, allowing the flavor to permeate quickly. Also, since it contains a lot of water, you don't have to use water.
