  • sugar : 1 tablespoon

  • (A) Liquor : 1 tablespoon
  • (A) water : 200ml
  • Soy sauce : 2 teaspoons

  1. 1) cut the pumpkin 01:26

Point

・Usukuchi soy sauce gives the pumpkin a better color. If not, you can use 1 tablespoon of Koikuchi soy sauce.
・Use a spoon to easily remove the pulp and seeds from the pumpkin.
・Chamfering can be omitted if there is no margin. It is better to remove the corners of the skin, as it will prevent them from falling apart when boiled.
・If you leave the pumpkin in water, the starch will come off and it will not fall apart easily.
