- 素麺 : 3 bundles
- ごま油 : 大さじ1
- 油 : 適量
- 水 : 150ml
- 水溶き片栗粉 : 適量
- ネギ(トッピング用) : 適量

Roughly chop the spring onions (for stir-frying).
Cut the shiitake mushrooms into 5mm cubes.
Remove the stems of the cucumbers and slice into thick strips. -

Add oil (not included in the recipe) to a frying pan, add green onions (for stir-frying) and heat over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the ground pork and stir fry.
Leave some space and add the shiitake mushrooms and stir fry.
Put the ingredients together and drizzle with sesame oil.
Add the sauce and mix.
Mix everything together and add the water.
Add soy sauce and mix.
Turn off the heat and add the water-dissolved potato starch and mix.
