Ingredients
- Apple : 1 (400g)
- soy milk : 250ml
- (A) Rice flour : 50g
- (A) Beet sugar : 90g
- (A) Egg : 1 piece
- (A) Olive oil : 1 and 1/2 tbsp
- cinnamon powder : moderate amount

Put soy milk warmed to body temperature and (A) in a bowl and mix.
Set aside 1 tablespoon of beet sugar. -
