- ちくわ : 2本
- (A) Olive oil : 小さじ1
- (A) Garlic tube : 小さじ1
- ミックスチーズ : 40g
- 餃子の皮 : 11 sheets
- マヨネーズ : 適量

Prepare the ingredients

Cut off both ends of the cucumber and remove any warts on the sides with the back of a knife.
Cut in half lengthwise and thinly slice diagonally.
Transfer to a bowl, add salt and rub together, then let sit for 5 minutes.
Cut the chikuwa in half lengthwise and then slice diagonally into thin slices.
Squeeze the water out of the cucumbers with your hands and return them to the bowl.
Add the chikuwa and (A) to a bowl and mix. -

Cook in a frying pan

Coat a frying pan with a thin layer of olive oil (not included in the recipe), and place the gyoza skins in a circular pattern, overlapping the edges.
Pour mayonnaise all over and place 1 on top.
Sprinkle the cheese mixture over the entire surface and drizzle with mayonnaise in stripes.
Cover and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Once the bottom is browned, remove it onto aluminum foil. -
