Break the chocolate into small pieces in a heatproof bowl.
Heat in a 500W microwave for 2 minutes and mix well with a rubber spatula.
Add potato starch and mix well.
Knead and bring the dough together. -

1をラップで包み、正方形に麺棒で薄く伸ばす。
冷蔵庫で5～10分冷やす。
ラップを剥がし、端を切り落として形を整える。
均等に切り分ける。 -

Place 2 on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a 1000W toaster for 5 to 10 minutes.
Remove the aluminum foil and leave it on the baking sheet to remove the heat.

・材料2つで作れる。
・卵、バター、小麦粉なしで作れる。
・生地を天板に乗せる際は、間隔をあけて並べて乗せる。
・生地を冷やしすぎると、生地が割れやすくなる。
・生地は押すように切ると、生地が割れにくくなる。
・生地を焼いたあと、生地が固まるまで粗熱を取ること。
