冷蔵庫で5～10分冷やす。
ラップを剥がし、端を切り落として形を整える。
均等に切り分ける。 -

Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a 1000W toaster for 5 to 10 minutes.

・生地を天板に乗せる際は、間隔をあけて並べて乗せる。
・生地を冷やしすぎると、生地が割れやすくなる。
・生地は押すように切ると、生地が割れにくくなる。
・生地を焼いたあと、生地が固まるまで粗熱を取ること。
