Ingredients
- silken tofu : 150g
- pancake mix : 150g
- egg : 1 piece
- soy milk : 30cc

Add eggs and mix well. -

Add soy milk and pancake mix

Add hot cake mix and mix 10 times by scooping from the bottom. -

Heat a frying pan without oil and pour 1/3 of the batter into it.
Cover with a lid and bake for 1 minute and 30 seconds on very low heat. -

Point
・You don't need to drain silken tofu.
・Because it causes uneven baking, mix well after adding the eggs.
・You can substitute soy milk with milk or almond milk if you like.
・After adding the pancake mix, if you mix it too much, it will not expand, so mix it while counting the number of times. It's fine if there are some lumps left.
・Use a Teflon-coated frying pan.
