- spaghetti : 80g

- ほうれん草 : 1/4袋(50g)
- 玉ねぎ : 1/4個

- (A)牛乳 : 200mL
- (A)水 : 100mL
- (A)コンソメ : 小さじ1/2
- (A)塩 : 小さじ1/3

Cut off the roots of the spinach and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the onions into thin slices. -

Put butter in a frying pan and heat it.
Add onions, spinach stalks and a pinch of salt (not listed) and fry.
When the vegetables are cooked, add the spinach leaves and stir-fry.
Cut the spaghetti in half, add (A), cover with a lid, and boil for an additional 2 minutes as indicated on the spaghetti bag.
Remove the lid and mix the whole, add the smoked salmon and mix quickly.
Arrange on a plate and sprinkle with pepper to finish.

・You can change the vegetables to broccoli or pumpkin if you like.
