- バター : 10g
- 薄切りベーコン : 2~3枚
- 卵 : 1個
- ご飯 : 1杯
- 黒胡椒 : 適量
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
- (A) Sugar : 大さじ1/2
- (A) Cooking sake : 大さじ1
- (A) Mirin : 大さじ1
- 水 : 大さじ2
- 酢 : 大さじ1/2

Make bacon and eggs

Add butter to a frying pan and heat over medium heat.
Once completely melted, arrange the thinly sliced bacon on top, making sure it does not overlap.
Once it is well browned, flip it over, reduce heat to low and crack an egg into the centre and cook.
Once the white part is cooked through and browned, remove it from the oven, place it on top of a bowl of rice, and sprinkle black pepper on top. -

ベーコンの脂が残ったフライパンに(A)を入れ、中火で混ぜながら煮詰める。
とろみがついて香ばしい香りが立ったら、水を加えて混ぜながら加熱する。
水がなじんで軽くとろみがついたら酢を加え、弱火で30秒加熱する。 -

Point
When slicing bacon, it is best to use thick slices.
・Butter can be substituted with salad oil or sesame oil.
If you don't like vinegar, you can leave it out.
- By cooking the thinly sliced bacon thoroughly, you can bring out its fragrant aroma and delicious flavor.
- By reducing the sauce and lightly browning it, it becomes a highly fragrant sauce.
-Adding vinegar gives it a refreshing aftertaste.
You can add mayonnaise if you like.
