- (A)創味シャンタン : 小さじ2

Peel the garlic and cut it into thin slices. -

Heat a frying pan, add oil and add garlic.

When the enoki mushrooms are coated with oil, add (A) and stir-fry.
Sprinkle soy sauce and sesame oil on top and mix to complete.
