Ingredients

- 生姜 : 1/2かけ
- サラダ油 : 大さじ1と1/2
- (A) Miso : 90g
- (A) Sugar : 大さじ1
- (A) Mirin : 大さじ2

Add (A) to a bowl and mix with a spatula.

Chop the ginger into fine pieces.
Roughly chop the perilla leaves. -

Add salad oil to a frying pan and heat over low-medium heat.
Add the ginger and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes.
Add the perilla leaves, mix and heat.
Add 1, turn heat to low, stir and simmer for about 3 to 5 minutes.

・The miso used is additive-free.
・You can substitute salad oil with sesame oil.
・Can be stored in the refrigerator for about 10 days.
-It goes well with fish and meat dishes, and is also delicious served on top of rice balls.
