- (A)醤油 : 大さじ1と1/2

- (A)ごま油 : 大さじ1/2
- (A)コチュジャン : 大さじ1
- にんにく : 1/2片
- いりごま : 大さじ1
- 小ねぎ : 1本
- 刻み海苔 : 適量

Chop the onion finely.
Bean sprouts in a bowl, add an egg and heat in the microwave (600W) for 1.5 minutes.

Point
・If you like it spicy, you can replace the sesame oil with chili oil or use half the amount.
・If you crush the garlic with a knife, the skin will peel off.
・You can also use a tube of garlic.
・If you don't drain the water from the cooked bean sprouts well, it will become watery. Wipe off with a strainer or kitchen paper.
・While the bean sprouts are still warm, mix them with the seasonings to allow the flavors to blend in.
・Use seasoned seaweed. Chopped seaweed or regular seaweed can be used.
・Put the eggs in the bean sprouts and pierce the yolk with a fork to make 5-6 holes.
・If you want to harden the eggs, set the heating time to 2 minutes.
