  • potatoes : 3 pieces (300g)

Procedure

    Peel the skin of the potatoes, remove the sprouts and cut into strips.

・You don't need to drain the yogurt, but if there is excess water, wipe it off.
・Insufficient wiping of moisture from potatoes causes oil splashing.
・By exposing the potatoes to the air for about 30 seconds, the texture will be as if they were fried twice.
・If you like, you can add 1 clove of garlic to the sauce.
