- green onion : Two
- (A) Tofu : 1/2 piece (150g)
- (A) Mayonnaise : 1 tablespoon
- (B) Katakuriko : 2 tablespoons
- (B) Dashi granules : 小さじ1
- 油 : 適量

Put (A) in a bowl and make it into a paste with a whisk.
Add (B) and mix further. -

Cut small green onions and kirimochi

Cut the green onion into small pieces, divide the kirimochi into 12 equal parts, and add to 1 and mix.

Put about 5 mm to 1 cm of oil in a frying pan and heat it over medium heat.
Scoop 2 with a spoon and drop while adjusting the shape.
Fry for 3 minutes over medium to high heat. -

Point
・You can use either cotton or silk tofu.
・It's delicious to eat as it is, but if you like, you can add it to the soup stock to make it look like deep-fried tofu.
