  • カニカマ : 5本
  • Sesame oil (for frying) : 大さじ1/2
  • (A)水 : 230ml
  • (A)鶏がらスープの素 : 小さじ2
  • (A)醤油 : 小さじ1
  • (B) water : 小さじ2
  • (B) Katakuriko : 小さじ1/3
  • 塩 : 適量
  • 黒コショウ : 適量
  • 卵 : 1個
  • ごま油(トッピング用) : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) cut chinese cabbage 00:35

    Cut Chinese cabbage into 5-6mm width.

  2. 2) 加熱する 00:40

    フライパンにごま油(炒め用)を熱し、白菜の芯の部分を入れ2~3分炒める。
    白菜の葉の部分、割いたカニカマ、(A)を入れて混ぜ、蓋をして5分煮込む。

  3. 3) 水溶き片栗粉を作る 01:08

    ボールに(B)を入れよく混ぜる。

  4. 4) 仕上げる 01:14

    2の白菜が軟らかくなったら、塩、黒コショウで味を整え、一旦火を止める。
    3を入れてよく混ぜ、とろみをつける。
    再度火をつけ、沸騰したら溶き卵を流し入れ、卵が少し固まったら軽く混ぜる。
    器に盛り付け、ごま油(トッピング用)を回しかけたら完成。
