Procedure

  3. 3) 焼く 03:35

    フライパンにサラダ油を入れ、キッチンペーパーで全体に薄く広げる。
    セルクルを乗せ、中火にかけて20秒加熱する。
    弱火にして、生地をすべて入れる。
    セルクルの外に、セルクルに当たらないように水(分量外)少量を入れる。
    蓋をして、極弱火で20分加熱する。
    セルクルごと裏返し、蓋をして10分焼く。
    竹串を端から刺して、生地がついてこなければ火からおろす。
    セルクルを外したら完成。

Point

・A 15cm ring mold is used.
