  • pork : 100g

  • (A)酒 : 大さじ1
  • (A)めんつゆ : 大さじ1と1/2
  • (A)みりん : 小さじ2
  • (A)コチュジャン : 小さじ2
  • 豆腐 : 150g
  • 納豆 : 1パック
  • 長ねぎ : 1/3本(40g)
  • ごま油(仕上げ用) : 小さじ1
  • 小ねぎ : 適量

    Peel the garlic cloves.

    Heat a frying pan and add sesame oil.
