 - Tuna (boiled can) : 1缶
 - 舞茸 : 100g
 - 卵 : 2個

 - (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
 - (A) Sweetener : 小さじ2
 - (A) grated ginger : 少々
 - (A) water : 200mL
 - (A)顆粒だし : 少々
