フライパンにごま油を入れ、弱めの中火にかける。
1の白い部分を入れ、両面に焼き色が付くまで焼く。 -

30分浸水したお米と(A)を炊飯釜に入れ、水を2合の線の1mm下まで入れる。
ツナ缶、1の青い部分、2を入れ、通常炊飯する。
塩で味を整えたら完成。
