Ingredients
- Salad oil : 1/2 tablespoon
- 鶏皮 : 1~2枚
- 塩 : ひとつまみ
- (A)Water : 300ml
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
- (A)Mirin : 大さじ1
- (A) Chicken soup base : 大さじ1/2
- (A) Kezuri powder : 大さじ1/2
- (A)Kombucha : 1/4 teaspoon
- (A) Umami seasoning : 4振り
- にんにく : 1/2片
- 中華麵 : 1袋
- ニラ : 5本
- 卵黄 : 1個
- ブラックペッパー : 適量
- ごま油 : 小さじ1

Cut the chives into small pieces.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, spread out the chicken skin, and sprinkle with salt.
Bake on low heat until browned.
Remove the chicken skin and add (A) and grated garlic.

Point
-If you don't have chicken skin, you can use 1 tablespoon of lard instead.
・If you don't like chives, you can substitute small onions.
・Wash the chives well.
・Sprinkle salt on chicken skin before grilling to bring out its flavor and aroma.
・When boiling the Chinese noodles in step 3, it is a good idea to reheat the soup or place the ramen bowl on top of the pot to keep it warm.
