Ingredients
- minced pork : 100g
- 卵 : 1個
- (A) Salt (for eggs) : a little
- (A) Sugar (for eggs) : a little
- ごま油(卵用) : 1/2 tbsp
- 小松菜 : 2株
- Sesame oil (for Komatsuna) : 1/2 tbsp
- 塩(小松菜用) : 少々
- 温かいご飯 : 1人分
- (B) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
- (B) Mirin : 大さじ1
- (B) Sugar (for minced meat) : 大さじ1/2
- (B) Liquor : 大さじ1/2
- (B)ごま油(肉そぼろ用) : 大さじ1/2
- 白いりごま : 適量

Remove the tips from the komatsuna, wash the roots, and cut into 1 cm wide pieces.

Point

・Reuse the same frying pan.
・You can use whatever ground pork you like, such as ground chicken.
・By adding the seasonings first, the minced pork will absorb the flavors well, so add all the seasonings at the same time as the meat.
・The guideline for seasoning is when the oil becomes transparent.
・Remove the rough heat before serving.
