Shred the carrots.
Slice the onion thinly.
Boil the potatoes in water (not included in the recipe).
Drain the potatoes in a colander.
Cut the ham into strips shorter than the length of the potatoes. -

Add the ham and stir fry.
Thinly slice the green onions diagonally.
Once the ham has browned, add the onion and sauté.
Add potatoes, carrots and salt and stir fry.
Sprinkle pepper and stir fry.
Add the spring onions and stir fry until done.
Point
- You don't have to add carrots, but adding them will add color.
- Canned ham is used.
・You can add garlic if you like.
