- Bean sprouts : 200g
- Garlic (coarsely chopped) : 1 piece
- beef tallow : 1 piece
- Sake, mirin, soy sauce : 1 tbsp each
- sugar : 2 knobs
- Ajinomoto : 3 swings

When more than half of the beef tallow has melted, add garlic and fry lightly over medium heat. -

Point
・ Beef tallow may be stored free of charge at supermarkets, but be sure to check with the clerk before purchasing.
・ When adding garlic to beef tallow and frying, it is okay if the garlic is slightly colored.
・ Because the bean sprouts are moist, the point is to boil them until the seasoning becomes thick.
・ Sprouts are deliciously finished when lightly fried over high heat. Be careful not to overheat.
